GNM Education Curriculum Overview:
10 Comprehensive Modules:
1. Intro to GNM and the 5 Biological Laws
Gain a foundational understanding of the GNM framework and how it is both similar and different from other ways of understanding health/the body. We will also cover the history of GNM and how it got its name.
2. 1st Biological Law
Understand the psyche-brain-organ connection and criteria for a DHS (Dirk Hamer Syndrome).
3. 2nd Biological Law
Learn about the two phases of every Special Biological Program (SBS) and all of the most common "generic" conflict active and healing phase symptoms.
4. 3rd Biological Law
Learn and memorize the different tissue layers in a way that you can actually organize in your brain! You will be able to understand the "roadmap" and pattern of adaptation for any biological program. We will also dive into the different parts of the brain.
5. 4th Biological Law
Understand the role of microbes in the healing process. We will cover the specific microbes that are utilized in the repair phase for each tissue layer and unpack the topic of contagion/viruses through the lens of GNM.
6. 5th Biological Law
Embrace the quintessence of GNM - understanding why nature makes no mistakes and how to get the most out of this particular law even when current GNM knowledge can't provide an answer to every question.
7. Hanging Healings
This is an *extremely thorough* guide to understanding the nitty gritty of hanging healings, reoccurring conflicts, chronic symptoms, and tracks (triggers). After this module you'll feel confident in your understanding of hanging healings and all of the "GNM lingo" that's often used.
8. Biological Programs
Dive into all of the most common symptoms, "illnesses," and diagnoses. We will learn the biological programs that are at the root and there is a whole lesson within this module dedicated to teaching you how to understand and use the GNM resources that are available to you to be able to decode symptoms effectively. This module is broken down into 5 separate lessons:

9. Application of GNM
This module is all about how to actually apply GNM knowledge! We will discuss my favorite strategies to downgrade/resolve conflicts, my top tips on facilitating perceptual resolutions, how to support the body during both active conflict and healing phases, how to approach both conventional and holistic modalities, the role of nutrition, how to track symptoms and find the underlying conflict (including a video detailing my personal method for gathering/analyzing data and understanding what the underlying conflict is specifically about) and how to approach medical intervention from a GNM perspective.
10. Embodying the GNM Paradigm
We will discuss how to embody the GNM paradigm in your life. What does integration look like? How can this inform and transform our health choices? How can we access our greatest level of personal freedom through taking radical responsibility? What does living biologically even look like? What does "biological" vs. "un-biological" even mean? How can we approach integrating GNM in a way that doesn't become dogmatic? How can we continue questioning and diving deeper?

Is this an accredited program? Does it certify me to become a GNM practitioner?
What is the estimated time commitment (other than the private sessions)?
How long will I have access to the curriculum?
Do I need to complete the entire program within 6 months? What if I need to skip a few weeks here and there due to vacations, holidays, etc?
No, as there are currently no accreditations, official organizations, or certifying bodies for German New Medicine. Technically, there is not such a thing as a “GNM practitioner,” since GNM is not something you “do” or practice. It is not a modality (listen to this episode if you’d like further explanation). Instead, it is a body of knowledge that provides a roadmap for understanding health and the body. A more accurate term might be “GNM-informed” practitioner or coach. Ultimately, what I am teaching you in this program is to integrate the GNM framework into your professional offerings so that you can help your clients embody the GNM paradigm and integrate this beautiful body of knowledge into their lives so that they can finally understand the true root cause of their symptoms and work on resolving the conflicts that are at the root of their health symptoms. I will be teaching you some of my favorite tools and methods for helping clients find the root cause conflict and then how to go about resolving it via either a practical or perceptual resolution.
For the module content and homework, I would estimate around 3-6 hrs per module (so, if you complete ~2 modules per month, I would estimate around 1.5-3hrs per week) . To allow time to watch the video lecture once or twice and then complete the quiz, listen to any audio notes, study vocab sheets, complete homework assignments, and review any additional resources (optional but recommended). The pace at which you move through the curriculum and complete modules is entirely up to you, as this will be different for each individual and will depend on what previous GNM education you’ve had and how familiar you already are with some of the content. If parts of the curriculum is more of a review for you, then you will, of course, move through at a much faster pace and we will focus more on implementation, your niche, client cases, answering your questions, etc.
As a mentorship client, you will receive lifetime access to the GNM Mentorship Program curriculum.
The official length of this program is 6 months, but I will allow up to 8 months to complete all private sessions. This means that we can be quite flexible with skipping sessions here or there as needed (for vacations, holidays, etc). So, even if we skip a week here or there, you will still receive the total number of private sessions included in the mentorship plan you choose as long as they are completed within 8 months (I am also willing to extend beyond the 8 months in the event of a larger, unexpected life event).
I've already taken different GNM courses or worked 1:1 with GNM-informed coaches. How will this be different?
Many of my mentorship clients come to me with prior GNM experience, whether through courses or coaching. What sets my program apart is its emphasis on application, teaching, and integration, especially for those looking to incorporate GNM into their professional practices. This mentorship is not just about learning the information—it’s about mastering how to confidently explain, teach, and implement it within your unique niche.

Our one-on-one sessions allow for deep customization based on your goals, whether that's refining your understanding of advanced concepts, integrating GNM into client sessions, creating social media strategies, or building out offerings for your practice. The curriculum is designed to ensure you're equipped not only with knowledge but also the ability to use and embody the GNM paradigm in a way that’s tailored to your professional and personal aspirations.
I'm already at a pretty advanced level when it comes to learning GNM - is there an option to access only part of the curriculum or do a shorter mentorship period?
The mentorship program is a comprehensive 6-month container, and I do not offer shorter mentorships or partial access to the curriculum. This is because the program is designed to ensure that all graduates are thoroughly trained, confident in teaching and explaining GNM to others, and well-grounded in the paradigm. Even advanced learners benefit from going through the entire curriculum, as the focus shifts from learning the material to mastering its application in real-world settings.

For advanced clients, we can adjust the pace of the program. You might breeze through the foundational modules and spend more time focusing on areas like answering client-specific questions, customizing GNM for your niche, or refining your business and offerings. However, completing the full program ensures that you receive the depth and breadth of training necessary to achieve mastery and confidently represent the mentorship as a graduate.
Do you offer refunds?
No, I do not offer refunds. This policy is in place to ensure that you are fully committed to the mentorship program and the transformative journey it provides. By enrolling, you are investing in yourself and your growth, and I am fully committed to supporting you throughout the 6-month program. Additionally, if you choose to enroll with a payment plan, please note that you will be contractually obligated to complete all scheduled payments.
How is this program different than my GNM Education Program?
While a lot of the curriculum overlaps, the GNM Education Program is geared towards those who would like to apply GNM in their personal life (or teach GNM to their friends/family), whereas this program (the GNM Mentorship Program) is primarily for those who would like to incorporate into their profession/professional offerings - or for those with no current business/credentials and would like to become a GNM-informed coach and launch their own business. It is also for those who would simply like a higher level of personalized support, even if they do not want to use GNM knowledge professionally. They will have access to me to answer their questions via our private coaching sessions. This Mentorship Program provides personalized support, additional in-depth discussion questions that we will unpack in dedicated 1:1 sessions, extra content that's not in the GNM Education Program curriculum (such as video lectures on how I actually prepare for and conduct my client sessions). It also includes bonus modules on the following topics that are not included in the GNM Education Program: female-specific symptoms/diagnoses, unpacking the three exceptions in GNM, understanding the importance of CT scans through the lens of GNM (and answering questions you might have such as why CT scans are used and not MRIs!), an introduction to constellations (understanding mental/behavioral adaptations), and then a whole separate module on understanding contagion, "viruses," the immune system, and vaccines from the GNM perspective (and how to explain this to others based on where they're currently at).
