1. Intro to GNM and the 5 Biological Laws
Gain a foundational understanding of the GNM framework and how it is both similar and different from other ways of understanding health/the body. We will also cover the history of GNM and how it got its name.
2. 1st Biological Law
Understand the psyche-brain-organ connection and criteria for a DHS (Dirk Hamer Syndrome).
3. 2nd Biological Law
Learn about the two phases of every Special Biological Program (SBS) and all of the most common "generic" conflict active and healing phase symptoms.
4. 3rd Biological Law
Learn and memorize the different tissue layers in a way that you can actually organize in your brain! You will be able to understand the "roadmap" and pattern of adaptation for any biological program. We will also dive into the different parts of the brain.
5. 4th Biological Law
Understand the role of microbes in the healing process. We will cover the specific microbes that are utilized in the repair phase for each tissue layer and unpack the topic of contagion/viruses through the lens of GNM.
6. 5th Biological Law
Embrace the quintessence of GNM - understanding why nature makes no mistakes and how to get the most out of this particular law even when current GNM knowledge can't provide an answer to every question.
7. Hanging Healings
This is an *extremely thorough* guide to understanding the nitty gritty of hanging healings, reoccurring conflicts, chronic symptoms, and tracks (triggers). After this module you'll feel confident in your understanding of hanging healings and all of the "GNM lingo" that's often used.

10. Embodying the GNM Paradigm
We will discuss how to embody the GNM paradigm in your life. What does integration look like? How can this inform and transform our health choices? Is this an accredited program? Does it certify me to become a GNM practitioner?
What is the estimated time commitment (other than the private sessions)?
How long will I have access to the curriculum?
Do I need to complete the entire program within 6 months? What if I need to skip a few weeks here and there due to vacations, holidays, etc?
No - there are currently no accreditations, official organizations, or certifying bodies for German New Medicine. Technically, there is not such a thing as a “GNM practitioner,” as GNM is not something you “do” or practice. It is not a modality (you can listen to this episode if you’d like further explanation). Instead, it is a body of knowledge that provides a roadmap for understanding health and the body.

A more accurate term would be a “GNM-informed” practitioner or coach.
​
In this program, you will learn how to integrate the GNM framework into your existing or future professional offerings, allowing you to support clients in understanding and applying this paradigm in their own lives. You will develop the ability to help clients understand the root cause of their symptoms and begin addressing the underlying conflicts connected to their health experiences.

You will also be introduced to key tools and methods for identifying root conflict themes and navigating resolution - whether through practical changes or perceptual shifts - so that you can guide clients in a way that is both grounded and applicable.
For the module content and homework, you can expect to spend approximately 3–6 hours per module. If you complete around two modules per month, this averages roughly 1.5–3 hours per week.

This allows time to watch the video lectures (once or twice), complete quizzes, listen to audio notes, review vocabulary sheets, work through homework assignments, and explore any additional resources (optional, but recommended).

The pace at which you move through the curriculum is entirely up to you and will vary based on your prior exposure to GNM and familiarity with the material. If certain portions feel like a review, you may move through them more quickly, allowing your 1:1 sessions to focus more on implementation, your niche, client cases, and specific questions as they arise.
As a mentorship client, you will receive lifetime access to the GNM Mentorship Program curriculum.
The official length of the program is 6 months, with up to 8 months to complete all included private sessions.

This extended window allows for flexibility in scheduling, so you can skip sessions as needed for travel, holidays, or other commitments. As long as your sessions are used within the 8-month period, you will receive the full number included in your program.

If a larger, unexpected life event arises, extensions beyond the 8 months can be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.

The mentorship program is designed as a comprehensive 6-month container, and shorter versions or partial access to the curriculum are not offered. This ensures that all students move through the full body of material and develop a strong, well-rounded understanding of the GNM framework.
